The pandemic has definitely presented a challenge in the way that we engage with people and raise awareness - perhaps making social media engagement even more important.
Highlighting individual benefit is essential to build possitive working relationships and engagmenet with the local community and stakehoders.
Also developing targetted material that is accessible and exciting to a range of audiences. For example, I work on a community campaign to maintain bathing water quality and reduce marine and beach litter. We communicate the same key messages to a range of different audiences such as schools and buisneses through publication of a range of different collateral, digital and non-digital mediums.
